Group 1 - 5:00pm
Group 2 - 5:55pm
Group 3 - 6:50pm
Group 4 - 7:45pm
Group 5 - 8:40pm
Group 6 - 9:40pm
Group 7 - 10:35pm
Players will need to complete and bring these forms to the first session. You will not be able to participate if you don't submit the forms.
